Commercial Training Institute

The Commercial Training Institute is a complete training program in which our employees, who want to start in a commercial and sales force position, follow an intensive training program in which knowledge, skills and competencies are developed. It is a “blended” program, both in classroom as well as e learning. After the initial training you start in the sales force and you will be intensively coached and supported by our Project- and Training Manager. The training consists of the following modules:

  • General Medical Knowledge
  • General Pharmaceutical Knowledge
  • Legislation-, Regulations and Ethics in the healthcare market
  • Organization of the (pharmaceutical) healthcare market
  • Telephone ethics and communication
  • Basic communicative skills
  • Basis commercial skills
  • Handling objections
  • Objectives, matrix and closing
  • Territory management and planning
  • Key-account management and Decision Making Unit’s
  • Organization and product training;
  • Core values and behaviour styles
