The Commercial Training Institute is a complete training program in which our employees, who want to start in a commercial and sales force position, follow an intensive training program in which knowledge, skills and competencies are developed. It is a “blended” program, both in classroom as well as e learning. After the initial training you start in the sales force and you will be intensively coached and supported by our Project- and Training Manager. The training consists of the following modules:

- Legislation-, Regulations and Ethics in the healthcare market
- Organization of the (pharmaceutical) healthcare market
- Telephone ethics and communication
- Basic communicative skills
- Basis commercial skills
- Handling objections
- Objectives, matrix and closing
- Territory management and planning
- Key-account management and Decision Making Unit’s
- Organization and product training;
- Core values and behaviour styles
